We help to reduce the company’s risk resulting from the balance sheet law, information obligations and company law, in particular:

we support entities in the field of accounting principles’ modelling in new industries and entities
we develop accounting principles that support management, controlling and tax processes
we provide expert valuations and opinions important in many business processes as well as information obligations
we conduct targeted training in the field of balance sheet law for specialized industries

We help companies to reduce the tax risks related to their activities.
We provide services such as:

preparation of tax documentation for transactions between related entities in accordance with art. 9a Uopdop,
preparation of inquiries to the Tax Office for individual interpretations of tax law,
consultancy in the scope of tax approaches of specific economic events,
preparation of regulations and contracts provided for by law,
development of internal rules for the calculation of revenues and costs.

As an entity, we have carried out dozens of transformations, divisions and combinations of entities, in particular:

transforming units into joint stock companies,
transforming an entrepreneur into commercial companies,
divisions of units, combinations of units,
modeling of unit buy-back transactions by management.

We reduce the client’s risk in terms of estimated values by offering:

valuation of enterprises, organized parts of enterprises and components of assets,
provisions, long-term contracts, options and hedging instruments,
